This new air hall is a unique design, incorporating 3 courts plus a 3 court mini zone, so the footprint is an L shape. It also includes hanging lights built into the fabric at manufacture stage and Tedlar Fabric that allows for maximum UV and dirt protection. |
| Tedlar also extends the life and enhances the aesthetics of our dome. Both the hanging lights and the Tedlar fabric are unique in the UK. The 5 metre blue background is used on the runbacks for ball contrast and the white fabric to floor level to provide superior lighting levels. |  |

The Halton and Easton projects were both new builds. Yeadon were the Principal Contractor on both projects. Halton and Easton included all works, structural and mechanical design, groundworks, drainage, ring beam, ducting and the installation of the dome, inflation and electrical works. |
| The new faux clay surface at Halton and the acrylic surface at Easton were also under the same contract. The two projects were part funded by the LTA and they were extremely pleased with the completed works. Both projects were complete on time and with Building Control Certification. |
